OK, here's my "matched set" of cues. Not exactly matching, but not bad considering my budget. No way would they ever be mistaken for custom cues, though.

The playing cue (lower) is a new GB-8 with three Fast Larry taper, juiced, 11.5mm shafts, Talisman hard tips. The upper cue is an old, like 20 year old, GB-2 with it's original 13mm shaft. I'm going to put a Talisman BK tip on it soon and use it for breaking. Both cues have custom wraps, white with black specks. I like the old time look of them. White wrap. Green, orange, maple and ebony veneers. Ebony butt sleeve. MOP cut diamonds and dots.

They look like the might have been made 40 years ago but they play like the 21st century. So, am I a dinosaur?
