2. Physical tools:
Your physical tools play a very big role in your level of confidence, not only in your game but in your opponents as well.
Naturally the more solid your physical tools are (bridge, stance, stroke, ball pocketing and position play) the more confident you will feel and play but also it can be intimidating to your opponent causing him to weaken and not play to his potential.
You should be practicing regularly and maintaining a variety of skills in order to keep your physical tools strong and fit enough to stand up to the toughest competition. This will keep your confidence chain running solid and smooth.
