Cuba, I like the place, been there a few times, you could always get there, from Canada or Mexico, the US just did not want you top know that.

The joke there, is they pay the state workers so little, they pretend to just work a little. So most are just sitting on their asses doing little.

Poor fidel has had enough of this shit, and is laying off 1/4 of the state work force, all the ones standing around, doing nothing. This is a problem as there is no unemployment insurance, so watch them come bailing out of there and into Miami when it hits.
