OK I knew this was comming but I joined a league anyway

In the cuetable diagream I was left the position on page one.

I have solids.

I elected to take the foul and pocket the thirteen. Giving up ball in hand.

My opponent takes ball in hand and tries the bank on the nine ball into the top right corner, page two, misses and I'm out.

My team captain says there is never a good time to take a foul. That I got lucky. He says I should have tried to get a little seperation of my two balls on the foot rail. I disagree.

What is the consensus of my choice of play.

Everyone feel free to chime in . . .

Andy

Works for me. Do you have to be logged into cuetable now?
