Texting, its stupid, I have my phone blocked so I can't receive them, and get dragged into that bull shit back and forth. Texting in cars has to stop. These kids are running into people and causing chaos. I say, bring back the Guillotine, that would do it. Lop off a couple of heads on the evening news. That would catch these little pimple faced punks attention.
Just kidding about that one, but a lot of people are pushing for severe penalties.
