I live in.a small town of 2200 people. I been here for 8 yrs and I watched 4 pool places come and go. One was pretty big and had about 8 tables and was packed every weekend. But the police made him close at 12 so he ended up moving else where. The other 3 were small and just had 2 to 4 pool tables and nothing else to offer and went under. I need to figure out what all I can do to suceesfully make money(not get rich, but to pay the bills and live). I'm guessing selling food and running tournaments every week. Maybe I can start a local pool leauge. But with other things I'm lost. Also this is a dry county. So I can't serve alchol, which if I could that would make the business run like a well oiled machine lol. So without beer the pool hall will draw more youth in. So any ideas how I can be the first person here to make it. I would like to give the kids here one thing to do finally. But I font want to invest in some tables and lose everything.

Half the income of top places comes from liquor, with out that, a strong league filling you up midweek, you have no chance.
