Fast Larry,
What is your opinion of the OB1 and OB2 shafts. Unfortunatly I don't live in a area where there is a store where I can go try one out before I buy it so I am relying on your comments before I consider buying one. I am also looking at the black dot shafts. Thanks in advance.

IMHO, you just picked the 2 worst shafts. Never never, the black dot, total pos, warps, low quality, and no service or backup from a bankrupt company. Red dot, they are fine.
OB1, the side stripes on the ferrule drive me nuts, I want a clean white one. Hold the bottow and top of the shaft and then bend it back and forth real fast. Do that on a house cue, even against a Meucci, this thing has more flex, is more whippy than any other shaft I know of, and I have a problem with that. I have played with them, they did nothing special, so I think they are a joke.
So if you are gung ho for this type of shaft, think 314 or Z.

Wow, thanks for opening my eyes. I guess I need to do a little more research. Thanks again.

Don't jump on every new hot thing that comes along unless you play it your self and see it does something for your game.
