Larry,
On one of my previous lessons with you, you noticed a stroke error. Actually it is more of a lineup error. It has crept back into my setup and I don't really remember how you said to fix it.
I have been in a real slump with my shotmakeing for the last 3 weeks. One of my practice partners advised me that my cue stick is pointing to the right of target line. If I do the drill from center of table on the spot to center diamond on the opposite rail, the cue ball returns back to my cue tip most of the time when I shoot softly. When I shoot hard, especially with draw, the cue ball scratches in the corner to my right. I am putting right english on every shot, especially hard strokes...It's driving me crazy. I feel like I am lined up on the center of the CB, and my partner says my stick is still crooked. When I adjust by moving my grip elbow out more to the right, I feel way out of sinc, but it fixes the r/english.
How do I fix?

You need to get back into the doctors office for a visit before your illness gets worse.
You practice the 101 drill until you reprogram your cpu where exact center is on the CB.

You line up to what feels normal, but you now know your tip is pointing a little right of the target line, simply push the butt a tad right, moving the tip back left. That may be l/8, maybe l/4", its usually not much. Keep lagging the cue ball until you find how much to adjust back, then try and groove that. Once you find it, it will takes weeks of daily practice to program back in where your new center is.
