Help
I'm looking for something soft hitting. Maybe a buckhorn ferrule and joint and Talisman M tip.
Should I get a schmelke SP with a radial pin? BHQ? I'm thinking of an Al romero. I could get a sp for 160 from him and they play well. I don't want to spend more than 250.

My BHQ has a buckhorn ferrule. It's hit would be softer if it didn't have a hard buffalo tip. Brent said he didn't think the buckhorn would hold up on a break cue but it is doing fine so far.
