Reminder of the rules
Sorry I had to take down a new thread. We do not allow any link that redirects our members into other sites that in any way compete with us. Especially one starting a new pool site. You also do not advertise them on the PM function either. Thanks.

Some how I could see that coming.
It was just a polite PM asking not to do it again, nothing stronger than that....I wished him the best of luck and I hope he still has time to continue to post with us. I just can't have my board become a free ad station for others wanting to divert people out of here to other places.

I do 99% of my pool relating posting on three different boards and like the diversity. I find that different boards slant toward different aspects of the pool playing enviroment.

Dude, that one is a no brainer. Say I am flipping burgers at BK, and I want to start my own business and open a tacoqueria down the street. Can I hang a sign on the front door to BK saying come on down for cheaper better food so I can take the business away from where I used to be? How long would that sign hang. There are rules about these things and this one crosses the line. Those who do it know its wrong and they just hope to get by with it for a while until they are caught and taken down. It says something about their business intergrity does it not?
