before my grandpa passed away he gave me his pool cue. At the butt of the cue it says "Mike Sigel by Meucci".
I have been trying to figure out how much this cue is worth. Not selling it, just curious when it was made and how much it is worth. Cant find this cue mentioned any where on the net. I know it is from the 80's most likely based on when he played.

the varnish on the handle is starting to come off in small areas and there are some small cracks where the shaft screws on.

any help would be appreciated

thanks

I found one reference, from a guy that owns one in good
shape, and he mentioned about $700 in 2003. I have never
seen one of these on ebay, I've been watching for about a
year.

The TRUE VALUE in the cue lies in the Family history of the Cue, IMO.... ;-)

I KNOW, I WOULD NEVER SELL IT.
I AM JUST INTERESTED TO SEE WHAT IT IS WORTH AND HOW TO PROPERLY TAKE CARE OF IT SO ITS CONDITION DOESNT GET WORSE.
IT SEEMS FROM THE LACK OF INFO I CAN FIND ON THIS CUE THAT IT IS RARE.
