When our founding fathers established this country, they were all white and English. There was no reason to pass a law stating English as the official language.

I think there is now and what is your opinion on this?

1996: Oakland, California school board designates "Ebonics" a language or dialect
Should we allow blacks to practice and speak in their own sub culture language in our schools or should we insist they speak proper english. The ones who do they call Oreos, White on the inside, black on the out side.

Mexicans are now calling the ones who are speaking English Coconuts, brown on the outside, white on the inside. Many feel they should only speak their language and we must learn it to converse with them.

Koreans and Chinese only converse with each other in their native language.

I say stop this. Make them intergrate and become us, or boot them out.

Look what happened to Canada when they let two cultures isolate, 2 official languages, both hate each other and one keeps trying to suceed and almost did recently.

When I make a phone call why do I have to push 1 to speak in my native tongue?

I say don't allow any one in here until they can pass an English fluency test and the illegals, round them up , buss them down and toss them back in the Rio Grande saying, Hasta La Vista, Baby. Lets put the Army on that border with guns and when the word gets out, the migration stops.

We either have a border, or we do not? I say, we seal it off tight. Fly gun ships up and down the border, get real serious and nasty down there.

I don't think any one, any race, any color has any business in here being illegal. If they are, lets find them and deport them. Now police just look the other way like it is not their problem.

It's a Bush problem and he will only act, when the people rise up and force him to.

English is everywhere in the US. Anyone who cannot speak it is already at a great disadvantage.

Dialects are everywhere and in nearly every language, you cannot stop that.

Illegals can't do anything anyway, think about it.

And beleive me, Bush "acts" on his own; the people do not matter.

It really pisses me off when I make a call and have to punch one to speak english. When do we stop catering to these people and making it easy for them not to speak our language.
