3 small screws from the front are holding the bone grafts in place. 12 long screws from back are in the rods holding entire L1 - S1 lumbar section in proper position for grafts to work. The thing that looks like a music note and the straight line to the right are the blood vessel clips closing off veins they had to cut and said I really didn't need :-o
