In case we find ourselves starting to believe in all the anti-American sentiment and negativity going around lately, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America , he said:

The reason millions of common mexicans want in this country is they exist on $4 a day. To be able to work for $5 an hour seems like a fortune to them. That is why they want in. In Haiti they get paid 25 cents an hour, or $2 a day.

If you want to keep them out the answer is to find a way to give them a better life where they live. Down there now there is this small ruling class living like kings and the rest live like dogs barely getting by.

This is an interesting thread. I never thought of it that way. If companies in Mexico would begin to offer me 10 times what I am making here, I would be swimming the rio grande to get in there and they would be calling me a wet back.
