Yes, the Meucci pp-4 will, but you have the quality problems.

The Balabuska Adam I play with exceeds it, but the shaft must be modified to 11.5mm.

Other than that, its the stick.

But are these cues really worth the price they charge?

Is it the arrow or the indian?

Indians would be more efficient with a rifle than an arrow.
When you are riding it
home, can see the finish line, don't spit da bit, begin beating the ass
with your riding whip and yell out like Tarzan, who's yo daddy. When
she screams FL, don't take it too hard, life goes on.

Heard that Custer's last job was spokesman for Arrow shirts.

The shooter makes the stick not the other way around.

Exactly. The shooter makes the draw and not the stick.

I own a Predator, its a nice cue for the money, but it didnt make me a better pool player, I was already awful even before my birthday present to myself ;) I must agree, its the shooter not the stick. But a nice stick can make you feel good and give you confidence.
Cheers

You need a decent stick to play well. One step at a time, first good cue, then lessons.

Pel, hey I dont feel bad, but same as you I look good shooting. And when I miss a shot, I follow the cue ball right to where it stops, eye the possibilities and declare "Good safety" LOL
