If I remember what Larry told us before, all you need to do is take a damp (NOT WET) cloth and wipe down the entire cue, including the wrap. This will eliminate most of the dirt that you pick up while shooting. There are ways to "professionally" clean the wrap, but that is not necessary on most cues most of the time.
