I have had my table now for a year and the felt that came with it is getting worn and its pretty cheap stuff and slow. The quotes I got on championship were below simonis and they are saying its better.

Any body had any experience with these two and am I just spending extra money for somee big name?

I have played on both, Simonis is probably better, Champioship is hard to play on it is fast but slippery hard to control the cue ball. Simonis is a

bit slower but it grips the cue cue ball better easier to control. In terms of last Champioship cloth will last longer but the playability is better on Simonis. The pool hall I play at has 20 or so tables with

Simonis and about 4 to 6 tables with championship cloth and no one likes playing on the tables with championship cloth.

I bought the Brunswick Centenial cloth, it is the exact same as the Championship cloth but with tethlon added to it. I have not put it on yet, but I'm thinking of selling it and purchasing Simonis.

Also if you enter tournaments they almost all use Simonis so you won't have to adjust to a different cloth.

Just recovered my table at the house with some Simonis from Larry. Great deal, plenty of cloth, and it plays great. I would do it again in a heartbeat...
