Consistency

One of my team mates on my league says I am missing too many easy shots I should be making. He says I have no consistency. OK, so how do I get some of this and solve this problem. any suggestions are most welcome.

Tell us a little bit more about this "teammate" of yours... Who is the higher rank? Do you believe that you are missing too many easy shots? Do you have some goals set up for yourself in each game? If your teammate is a higher rank, is he/she trying to push you to be better?
