Final Stroke Pause

how does Allison do it, turn on ESPN and see. I like a pause before the back swing, on some shots, even have a slight pause at the top and back of the swing, on stroke power shots never, they must be a whip like fly cast with no pause. It does not matter, do what feels best and works for you. Go with what you know, go with what feels natural.
