I have a bad habit on mid speed to high speed strokes to bend my wrist outward.  I have tried a bowling glove to keep it straighter but it is too cumbersome.  Is there one out there for sale???

Hi Geno, how is life?

Have you tried a medical wrist splint? (Designed to keep your wrist still while it's healing from injury - e.g. https://www.posturit...ent=Top Brands)

My view is that I shoot best when my arm (upper, lower and wrist) are very relaxed, which helps prevent any unwanted movement. I'll admit I need to take my own advice on this more often too! But trying that might eliminate the problem.

There's also the Stroke Eye trainer that sits on the ferrule and has arms that poke out so you can see if you're hitting centre-ball and will show clearly if you rotate the cue. Sometimes just being able to see errors in this was is enough for the brain to automatically start eliminating it.
